Abstract
It is the purpose of the publication to provide persons working in the area of transient radiation effects on electronics (TREE) with a reference document which fully characterizes on a technical basis TREE simulation facilities. Pulse reactors, flash X-rays, and LINACs are each characterized on an individual basis. The material is arranged to provide the TREE experimenter with all the facility information he would need in order to run an experiment at one of the facilities. (Author)
