Versatile Fortran 4 Computer Program for Producing Cartesian Plots Suitable for Publication Using the Calcomp Plotter.

Abstract

A flexible, card-input, Fortran 4 computer program has been written for the CalComp Plotter, Model 765. The output line drawing meets standards for publication. Four types of lines may be drawn through input data points: (1) no line, (2) least-squares linear-fit line, (3) smooth (spline) fit to data points, and (4) adjacent points connected by a straight line. Only Cartesian plots are possible. The size of the plot is limited only by the capability of the plotter used. (Author)
