Abstract

The report is a 'User Manual' which outlines the procedure for using the Prediction and Optimization of Failure Rate (PROF) computer program. Included with the necessary instructions is a 'sample' prediction on a system using standard hardware modules. The PROF program can be used to predict failure rate and reliability by the user having no computer experience. (Author)
