Photoemission and Optical Studies of SrTiO3, TiO2, and VO2.

Abstract

Photoemission and optical studies are used to probe the electronic structures of SrTiO3, TiO2, and VO2. Measurements of photoelectric quantum yield and photoelectron energy distribution curves have been made using photon energies up to 11.8 and 23.1 eV, respectively. Normal incidence reflectivity of VO2 has been measured up to 11.8 eV and the optical constants have been determined using a Kramers-Kronig analysis. (Author)
