The plan describes the analytical processes to be completed, the inputs and outputs, and the major decision points and covers the selection of worldwide aerial ports of embarkation and debarkation, unitization modules such as containers and pallets, unitization and break bulk locations, terminal processes, contingency air terminals and manpower requirements.
