Further Results on O VII X-Ray Coronal Line Emission.

Abstract

Measurements of the intensity ratio of O VII solar x-ray emission lines were made during a three-day period in 1969. The results are essentially the same as obtained from a different satellite during an extended period in 1966/1967. These results lead to an upper bound on the coronal electron density from the regions emitting the O VII radiation of approximately 5x10 to the 9th power/cc. (Author)
