Abstract

The data collected during on-site visits to the three primary Base Level Health Care Systems (Walson Army Hospital, Malcolm Grow Air Force Medical Center and Beaufort Naval Hospital) and the six secondary Base Level Health Care Systems (Wilford Hall Composite, Womack Army Hospital, Jacksonville Naval Hospital, DeWitt Army Hospital, Oakland Naval Hospital, and March Composite) is summarized in this volume in the form of matrices, tables and figures. The data presented forms a major data resource for the Systems Analysis volume of this final report. The data inventory focused on the following hospital functions: Information flow; patient flow; materiel flow; medical records summary; education and training; clinical laboratories; dietary; dentistry; dispensaries; medical records; pharmacy; outpatient department; radiology; registrar; and ward management.
