A Comparison of the Terrain Characteristics and Vegetation of Tropical Africa and Panama.

Abstract

The purpose of the report is to show by location and description the terrain and vegetation conditions of Panama and Tropical Africa that are considered relevant to military operations. The terrain characteristics of Panama and Tropical Africa are compared by means of analogous areas in order that Panama may be evaluated as a tropical testing area for military operations. (Author)
