Secondary Evaluation of Antimalarial Agents.

Abstract

The objective of this research program is to screen potential antimalarial agents against sporozoite induced infections of P. berghei yoelii. Initially tests were made to assess both causal prophylactic as well as blood schizontocidal activity. Special studies were also made to differentiate the action of drugs that exhibit both types of activity. (Author)
