A Study of the Local Levels in Sb2Se3, Single Crystals, Grown from the Gas Medium,

Abstract

Results are given of an experimental investigation of dark and thermally stimulated conductivity, the spectral distribution of photoconductivity, induced photoconductivity and optical extinction of photoconductivity in Sb2Se3, single crystals, grown from the gas medium at different pressures of saturated selenium vapors. On the basis of these data the energy spectra of levels of adhesion is discussed. The questions of obtaining stoichiometric Sb2Se3 single crystals from the gas medium is also discussed. (Author)
