Semiconductor Surface Studies.
Abstract
A variety of projects centering on the theme of particle interactions with surfaces of both semiconductors and semimetals has been carried out. Research projects included the following: Surface mobility of electrons in germanium; Infra-red emission from germanium diodes; Bismuth thin films; Thermal conductivity; and, Atomic beam diffraction.
