Method for Improving the Antioxidation Properties of Petroleum Lubricating Oil,

Abstract

The invention relates to methods of increasing the antioxidation stability of moderate-refining oils. Methods are known for improving the antioxidation stability of petroleum lubricating oils where dibenzoate-2,2-bis-(morpholinemethyl) propane diol-1,3 is used as the antioxidant additive. To broaden the available assortment of antioxidation additives, it is proposed that use be made of morpholine derivatives - esters of alcohols containing two and more morpholine rings in the molecule.
