Vibration-Rotation Interaction Effects in Calculated Franck-Condon Factors.

Abstract

The effects of vibration-rotation interaction on the Franck-Condon factors for J = 0, 10, 15, 25, 60 and 100 of the transition B doublet Sigma (+) - A doublet Sigma (+) for CN and B triplet Pi(g) - A triplet Pi(u)(+) for N2 have been studied by the asymptotic expansion method. (Author)
