Increased-Rigidity Drive with Differential Pretightening in the Bearing Units,

Abstract

The increased-rigidity drive with differential pretightening in the bearing units, consisting of a housing, a shaft on antifriction bearings, and an elastic element interacting with the outer bearing race, is distinguished by the fact that in order to increase rigidity of the bearing unit an additional elastic element, compressed by a nut and fastened in the housing, is installed on the opposite side of the outer race and acts upon it.
