Abstract
The objective of the procedures outlined is to provide a means of evaluating the technical performance and technical characteristics of signal converters relative to criteria specified in Qualitative Materiel Requirements (QMR), Small Development Requirements (SDR), Technical Characteristics (TC), or other applicable documents, and determining their suitability for an intended use.
