Abstract

The purpose of this MTP is to describe the methods, techniques, and test requirements necessary for the determination of the degree to which surface wind measuring equipment can perform the mission prescribed for it in the applicable Qualitative Materiel Requirements (QMR) and Technical Characteristics (TC), and it's suitability for use by the Army.
