Abstract

The purpose of the procedure is to determine under actual field operating conditions the degree to which the test item conforms to the specifications of applicable requirement documents - Qualitative Materiel Requirements (QMR), Technical Characteristics (TC), or Functional System Design Requirements (FSDR).
