Abstract

The procedures contained in this MTP describe in general terms the engineering tests required to determine the technical characteristics, engineering adequacy, and safety characteristics of electronic flash units. The procedures particularly relate to flash units developed to provide illumination for night photography with airborne photographic surveillance systems.
