High Temperature Chemistry with Emphasis on Nitrides, Phosphides, and Selected Oxides.
Abstract
The report gives a brief summary of a research program carried out over a six-year period. The research accomplishments are outlined under three categories systematic studies of group Va molecules, electronic structure of high temperature molecules, and x-ray scattering factors for solid TiN.
