Temperature and Sulfur Pressure Dependence of Diffusion of Yb into CdS.

Abstract

Diffusion of Yb into CdS was studied as a function of temperature and sulfur pressure in the range of 930C - 990C and 3.3 - 33 atm. Diffusivity and solubility of Yb(3+) are indicated. (Author)
