Individual Load-Carrying Equipment

Abstract

The objective of this procedure is to set forth test methodology and testing techniques necessary for determining whether individual load-carrying equipment meets the technical performance and safety characteristics as set forth in Qualitative Materiel Requirements (QMR's), Technical Characteristics (TC's), and as indicated by it's particular design, and to determine the suitability of the test item for service tests.
