Cable Sheath,
Abstract
The present basic sheaths are (1) Lead, (2) Alpeth and Stalpeth, and (3) Lepeth. The present protective coverings being applied to the basic sheath structures of lead sheath and lepeth sheath are Jute Protection, Steel Tape Armor, Polyethylene Jacketed, and Wire Armor. Protective coverings have not, up to the present, been applied to the alpeth and stalpeth structures.
