Abstract

The report describes the type FER-2 photoelectronic recorder with electronic-optical convertor and the results of investigation of the time parameters of semiconductor lasers, produced, using the recorder. The effect of the recorder is based on the usage of the method of electronic-optical chronography. The FER-2 allows the time relationships of light pulses of one-time processes to be determined with an accuracy to 2 x 10 to the minus 11th power sec. (Author)
