Abstract

The articles discusses an important event in the life of the Army and Navy as viewed by Eng. Lt. Col. F. P. Petrov, President of the Technical Committee of the Clothing Supply Administration of the Ministry of Defense, namely new uniforms for service personnel, military personnel, military engineers, and Naval personnel.
