A New Region on Cuba, Promising for Oil (Novy Rayon na O. Kuba, Perspekrivny na Neft),

Abstract

The geological survey on a new, potential oil-bearing area in Cuba explores the similarities and dissimilarities of the currently-producing central oil-bearing basin and the promising California Basin some 150 km distant. Results of the comparisons point to Berta as a first priority exploration area. (Author)
