Plastic Deformation and Dislocation Density in Crystal Growing by Means of the Bridgeman Method (Plasticheskaya Deformatsiya i Plotnost Dislokatsii pri Vyrashchivanii Kristallov Metodom Bridzhmena),

Abstract

An equation is proposed for the approximate calculation of dislocation density in slightly deformed crystals. The equation is used for determination of dislocation density in crystals grown by Bridgeman's method. The values of dislocation density agree with the experimental data. (Author)
