Concerning the Question of Automatic Construction of Automatic Indexing Algorithms for Systems of the Empty-Unempty Type,

Abstract

The results of work towards building automatic systems that would be able to write fragments of automatic indexing algorithms are described. The new trend of research was prompted by the need for a deeper algorithmization of the automatic indexing processes in the retrieval systems of Empty-Nonempty type. To make the article comprehensible without reference to additional literature, a brief description of the Empty-Nonempty system and the language it uses is given, including automatic indexing procedures; special attention is paid to the homonym translation algorithm.
