Effect of Test Conditions on the State of the Surface Layer of Nozzle Blades,

Abstract

The aluminized layer effectively shields the surface blades of the 1st stage under rigid work conditions for 900 hours. In nonaluminized blades of the 2nd stage, despite the substantially lower work temperature, changes take place in the surface layer, which are connected to the formation of a zone impoverished by allowing elements. The structure and properties of the core for all investigated blades did not change. (Author)
