Diurnal Oxygen Variations at 65 - 200 km Altitudes,

Abstract

The continuity equations describing the altitude-time changes in concentration of atomic and molecular oxygen in the 65-200 km altitude range were solved. The results of the solution display a diurnal behavior with amplitude of about 1.5 -fold at 200 km, which agrees satisfactorily with experimental results for this altitude. (Author)
