Time Interval into Digital Code Converter,
Abstract
Time interval into digital code converter for data conversion and coding, of the type comprising: a generator of quantising pulses connected with a coincidence circuit first input, whose second input is connected with a trigger, and the output with a counter; a delay line: a delay line with tappings gate; two summators differential amplifier and shaper. In the proposed device the delay line is connected to the trigger first input; the input of the delay line with tappings is connected with a through input of the gate, and the delay line tappings are divided in two groups and connected through summators to the differential amplifier inputs, whose output is connected with the gate blocking input. This improves the device stability and conversion accuracy.
