Preliminary Validity Report of the MOS Evaluation Test for Track Vehicle Mechanic MOS Code 632.2 (63C20) (Administered: November 1964),
Abstract
The following conclusions are drawn from the study of the 1964 MOS evaluation test for Track Vehicle Mechanic, MOS 632.2: the total evaluation test had a validity coefficient of .21; optimal weighting of BSMA's did not significantly increase the validity of the total evaluation test; and further increases in validity should be expected in future administration with proper item selection.
