The contents include the following: Monsanto emulsified fuels; Review of emulsion development; Activities of petrolite corporation in the emulsified fuels program; Rheological evaluation of emulsified JP-4; Emulsified fuel property requirements; Some information on the combustion of emulsified fuels based on laboratory work at Pratt and Whitney Aircraft; Evaluation of EF4- 104 in a Pratt and Whitney Aircraft JT-12 Engine; Lycoming experience with emulsified fuels; G. E. emulsified fuel experience; A vulnerability evaluation of emulsified fuels for use in Army aircraft; Summary performance of emulsified fuel in a full-scale aircraft crash; The FAA program on reduction of aircraft crash fire hazards; and Emulsified fuel program status.
