Method of Preparing Antifriction Metal/Polymer Coatings,

Abstract

To simplify the process, decrease the friction coefficient, and increase the heat resistance, wear resistance, and adhesion of the resulting coating, a layer of polymeric material is applied on a metal substrate, forming broken microparticles which are filled with an electrolytically precipitable metal.
