Program for On-Line Monitoring and Analysis of Meteorological Data.

Abstract

In support of the 'In-House' Laser Propagation Program at RADC's SCOPE Facility, a computer program was developed to increase the on-site analysis capabilities of experimental optical and meteorological parameters. The program utilizes an A/D converter and P-D-P8 computer. It accepts teletype inputs to establish sampling rate and averaging time; then computes and outputs RMS signal levels and amplitude histograms of the sampled parameter. The program is limited by the conversion time and sample rate which established the accuracies of the measurement. (Author)
