Approximation in Applied Mathematics.

Abstract

The report presents summaries of three reports previously issued under the subject contract. The topics treated are convergence properties of noncommutative continued fractions, inequalities for hypergeometric functions and transformations of monotone sequences. The authors for the original reports were Wyman Fair, Yudell Luke and Jet Wimp, respectively. (Author)
