Vorticity in Superfluid Helium.
Abstract
The report details progress made during the period January 1, 1967 to December 31, 1970 on the problem of vorticity in superfluid helium. The report lists the research projects and resulting publications, and includes some publications on magnetohydrodynamics carried over from an earlier grant. Topics which were investigated included the structure, spatial arrangement and nucleation of quantized vortices in helium 2. They include both theoretical and experimental studies. (Author)
