Research on Internal Quantum Efficiency of GaAs(1-x)P(x) and Other III-V Compounds Electroluminescent Diodes.

Abstract

The objectives of this contract have been to study parameters which affect the internal quantum efficiency of GaAs(1-x)P(x) electroluminescent diodes, and to evaluate the electroluminescence potential of new vapor-grown III-V compounds such as In(1-x)Ga(x)P and AlAs. (Author)
