Device for Unloading Main Press Crankshaft Slide Bearings,

Abstract

The device for unloading main press crankshaft slide bearings consists of two suspensions connected with the crankshaft pins by means of roller bearings mounted in a yoke connected by a rod and springs with the assembly housing, which consists of a lower and upper plate. It is distinguished by the fact that in order to compensate for the inertial forces which act on the shaft in the vertical plane the assembly housing contains on both ends of the springs moveable lower and upper disks. The lower disk rests on the rod collar and the lower plate, the upper - on the rod nut and the upper plate. (Author)
