Moving From Science to Production,

Abstract

The article considers the effect of introduction of basic and applied scientific knowledge into the more inundane areas of production and industry. The complexity and interrelation of knowledge of the various sciences themselves as well as with general industry is underscored; in conclusion the inadequacy of formal knowledge of the interactions and the importance of such knowledge to government is underlined.
