The Effect on Observational Accuracy of Increasing the Doppler Count.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate a proposed method of decreasing the random error of observation for a Doppler observation made during a satellite pass. The study shows that doubling the measurement interval does significantly reduce the noise level. (Author)
