A Method for Predicting Carrier Qualification Success in the Combat Replacement Air Wing.
Abstract
A method for predicting Replacement Air Wing Carrier Qualification grades is examined. The data were supplied by Fighter Squadron One-Twenty-One, and subjected to multiple regression analyses in search of important variables that may be used in the prediction. Such have been identified and applied to the data. The results are encouraging and a follow on study applied to a broader data base is suggested. Applicability and some economic factors are discussed. (Author)
