Quelques Proprietes des Polymates (Some Properties of Polymata),

Abstract

The models of linear system and finite automaton are combined to form a polymaton, a dynamic metamodel admitting two classes of inputs, an additive one and a multiplicative one. The presence of these two classes inputs makes the polymaton a valuable tool for Computer science and Automatic Control. Matricial and tensorial representations are investigated for the deterministic and the stochastic cases, and for non linear or asynchronous machines, as well as the techniques for their decomposition and applications to parallel computation. Several theorems are presented on the multiple experiences needed for the identification of the polymata, as well as new results regarding real-time deconvolution. (Author)
