Abstract
The report summarizes the work on hemisphere heat transfer distribution done by this writer in November 1958. A portion of the work shown was actually done in connection with the ablation study in August 1958. Although this work has been carried out in more detail by others on the staff, this writer feels that certain essential points of the theory may be overlooked in applying the results to wind tunnel data, and hence this memo.
