Quartz Crystal Measurements.

Abstract

Techniques for crystal measurements are reviewed in broad terms with emphasis on their common aspects. The technique proposed by the IEEE Subcommittee on Crystal Measurements for standard reference purposes are discussed in some detail, and the rationale that led to this selection presented. The paper includes an analysis of round robin results. (Author)
