Abstract

A complete history is given of the manufacture and testing of one Secor Geodetic Spacecraft. Topics include: Technical system requirements of each subsystem; work accomplished in each subsystem; history of environmental tests, including technical specifications for each test; recommendations for the program; and antenna patterns measured on the spacecraft.
