Computer Simulated Electron Diffraction Contrast,

Abstract

A computer program yielding the intensity distribution of high-energy electrons that have passed through an absorbing crystal foil is developed for the two-beam case of the dynamical theory of diffraction. Tilted and untilted foils will be considered that contain one dislocation (perfect or partial) and up to three overlapping parallel stacking fault planes. Elastic anisotropy of the medium is taken into account.
