Forecasting and Dialectics
Abstract
The article discusses the need for a systems approach to the problem of forecasting social developments. It attempts to break the problem of forecasting down into the component elements and to the theme to Marxist-Leninist philosophy. It draws conclusions concerning mandatory prerequisites for forecasting and sees systems methods as the key to the successful solution to the forecasting problem.
