User's Manual for the ONC Map Plotting Program SIPLOT,

Abstract

The purpose of the SIPLOT program is to plot a set of geographical points on a set of overlays for a group of the Operational Navigational Charts (ONC maps) of the world. The set of points are arbitrary in location and number and are specified by the user. Options for any plotted point are: having a symbol placed above the point, drawing one to three concentric circles about the point, and choosing one of four colors for the information relating to a point. Security classification for each computer run can also be selected. (Author)
