Abstract

The document reports work mainly on more precise knowledge of different sources of disturbances, mounting of an optical device for an examination of polished target uniformity, research to decrease secondary emission from the mesh and increase secondary emission from the dielectric, and mounting of a tube with a higher resolution and illustrating this work.
