Investigation of the Limitations on Very High Power Generation in the UHF and Microwave Bands.
Abstract
The problem of designing and building a fix-tuned, wide-band klystron has been the primary subject of investigation. The work was divided into two main parts: (a) theoretical, small-signal analysis of multicavity, stagger-tuned klystrons, and (b) design of the components of a 7-cavty, L-band pulsed klystron.
